Everything was great. The hotel was comfortable, cosy, clean, the host is absolutely nice and friendly. It's evident from the first sight that the host invests all his soul into this hotel.

It was a bit far from the center, but it was not a problem, as you could easily reach the city center by bus, which took around 20 mins.

Gian Luca is very helpful and welcoming, very nice and cosy little accommodation, even equipped with small kitchen and fridge fot simple cooking, including cooking oil, salt and utensil. One station with regional train to bologna central, bus takes about 20-25min to central.

Room is a bit narrow for 3 persons but it is ok since it is only for the night, the parking on public street is hard to find but they allowed us to park by the side of the entrance.

Everything was great

Very comfortable, owners kind, they helped us for a very good restaurant. Quiet location.

We paid too much money for our small service dog. (7 Kg)

The whole place is extremely clean, the room was big, the bed was big and comfortable, the owner very friendly and there is a nice little garden where you can take your dog.

It's 3km from the train station.
