Appartamenti Pratello

Bardzo duży, świetnie wyposażony apartament w lokalizacji idealnej do zwiedzania Bolonii. Miejsca było pod dostatkiem, do siedzenia, posiłków, przechowywania ubrań. Do Piazza Maggiore idzie się 10 minut, a na targ Mercato delle Erbe dosłownie 5 minut. Stylowa, licząca kilkaset lat kamienica, oczywiście z portykami, oraz antyki w apartamencie tworzą wyjątkowy klimat. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre, nie brakowało nam niczego. Gospodarz (właściciel) Giulio był bardzo sympatyczny, kontaktowy i pomocny, przekazał dużo ważnych informacji. Również z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem nie było problemu. W bezpośredniej okolicy pobliżu są knajpki, bary, trattorie i sklepiki - kawa, kolacja, wino czy zakupy są dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Byliśmy z kilkuletnim dzieckiem i wszystko było łatwe i wygodne.

Jedyną rzeczą, którą można potraktować jako niedogodność, to prysznic - tylko deszczownica, ale nie był to wielki kłopot. Mogą się zdarzyć, że słychać głosy ludzi imprezujących w okolicznych barach, ale nie było to uciążliwe.

El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, no se escucha ni un ruido, algo que en una ciudad como Bolonia es dificil de encontrar. La habitación es muy espaciosa y cuenta con cocina. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los principales puntoa de interés. El dueño es atento y te da buenas recomendaciones.

El mobiliario está un poco anticuado y el apartamento mejoraría con una pequeña renovación, pero quitando eso, es una buena opción para hacer turismo en Bolonia.

This quaint little apartment is in an excellent location for visiting the old town of Bologna. Initially you feel it is a bit of a dirgy back street with lots of graffiti and shuttered shops and businesses. However at night it becomes an absolute hive of activity with bars and restaurants full of local people having a good time, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Later you begin to appreciate that a lot of the graffiti is way beyond normal, with some brilliant forms of street art, depicting people and places, it was certainly the most impressive we saw in Bologna, and most of it can only be seen when the businesses are closed and the shutters down.

When we chose this apartment we didn't fully take on board the very limited supply of natural day light, with only one window. This does have an impact on how you feel inside which can be a bit gloomy and also means there is nowhere outside to relax. The cleanliness of the toilet and seat were questionable and an upgrade on these would be beneficial. The shower was also blocked but our host did offer to come and fix it straight away.

We loved the property. It is in a great location and close to public transport and the train station. While the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it had everything we needed. It was nice to have a balcony.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Giulio was very welcoming and offered us many recommendations for places to eat and visit. Would 100% stay here again.

Stayed in the loft apartment. Early in the morning, when other people were leaving the building, doors slam shut which is quite loud. I'm sure this has a very easy fix though.

Ηταν πεντακάθαρο, κοντά στο κέντρο, καταπληκτικό οίκημα, ο κυριος πολύ χαμογελαστός και ευγενικος! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
