Posizione, dimora storica.

One of the beat booking experiences I had so far. Giulio is thoughtful, he received us at the door, gave us a map and lots of instructions and recommendations to eat. The property was extremely clean and comfortable, exactly like or even better than photos. You can see that there’s a lot of care and intention on his hosting as it feels like home away from home. We had an upgrade to a bigger apartment with kitchen. I didn’t understand exactly why but asked Giulio and he confirmed it was correct. Location is great, walking distance from everything.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Giulio met us at the door and was very patient with our late arrival; jug and coffee machine in room; apartment was clean and very warm; lots of toilet paper (haha); felt safe despite being in the centre of Bologna and in a party street (due to extra security door within the building); incredible location

shower water was luke warm which was tough in winter; no hot water in kitchen; bathroom very tired and dark tiles; noisy due to door to corridor not sealing well; door to balcony didn't close; room felt 'tired' and needs renovation (bathroom and kitchen)

Posizione perfetta. Accoglienza del proprietario meravigliosa. Sempre presente per ogni esigenza ma nello stesso momento mai invadente.

Ο κος Giulio ευγενικός και ευχαριστος, μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για την γειτονιά και πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Το studio ήταν cosy, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο με πολύ καλή θερμοκρασία και ικανοποιητικά εξοπλισμένο. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη παρόλο που είναι κοντά στο κέντρο και σε διάφορα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.

Αν χρειάζεται να πούμε κάτι, αφορά στο ότι το studio βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου και η πρόσβαση γίνεται με σκαλιά (περίπου 10) και στην ντουζιέρα υπάρχει μόνο σταθερό ντουζ. Και τα δύο δεν επηρέασαν καθόλου την ευχάριστη διαμονή μας.

The heater was hard to use. There were no windows so it was very stuffy

Staff, posizione e pulizia

Poca luce e finestra della camera che dava su porta d’ingresso di altra stanza un po rumorosa

Ottima posizione centrale, attraversi la strada e sei già in via Bassi, che ti porta dritto a Piazza Maggiore. Interno camera caldo e confortevole e silenziosa, dotata di tutti i servizi, anche un terrazzino privato.

Potrei dire del materasso un po’ scomodo, ma questi sono abitudini personali, magari qualche altra persona si è trovata bene.
