Great value for money. Close to Mestia's city center, very comfortable rooms with bathrooms for a very low price. We were greeted with a georgian wine and watermelon on the second day of our stay. I would totally recommend.

I liked everything, this is why we stood for one more night than planned.

Shady trees in a large back yard connected to vege gardens, hay barn and cow paddock.

There is no fridge and no kitchen so you can neither store nor prepare any food. It is about 1.5 km from the centre of town, which should not matter except that: There are no taxis you can actually call yourself- it's about someone calling someone, if someone is available. No phone numbers offered. So expect to lug your travel bags unassisted from this guesthouse into the bus stop in town. Hopefully you only have a trampers pack - if not, don't stay here. Pushing a child in a pushchair into town at 28 degrees, just to buy breakfast, let alone try to see the sites, isn't my idea of fun. And the unrelenting sun, when getting around like this, didn't do our skin much good. The accommodation is upstairs accessed by the kind of outdoor stairwell a kid could fall from and crash his head open. Unfortunately a VERY common problem in Georgian guest house accommodation - no health and safety regulations seem to apply in building construction.
