Clean room. Good value for money. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. 10 minutes to city center.

Smelly bathroom.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Svaneti in warm season, it's okay. It's in a more rural part of town, all surrounded by mountains. Own territory near house is nice

1. Vibes/experience. If you only spend the nights, it's fine. Due to the weather, we stayed in a lot and the relationship with house owners turned weird. Owners sometimes had guests of their own who made our stay extremely unpleasant. They apologised in the end but the overall experience from a memorable trip was spoiled. 2. The heating. The fireplace in the room was a nice addition, but it is poorly constructed and heating up the apartment with it was impossible. Two electric heaters provided weren't enough and we had to move them around the apartment. And — I had to split wood with axe myself. It's a fun activity on its own, but still weird to supply your own heating in a guest house :/

Welcoming host. Fantastic cozy terrace. Excellent diverse breakfast. Dog was also friendly :)

Really fabulous hosts. One of us was bitten by a dog in Mestia and the host drove us to the hospital and waited until we’d been seen. Excellent gated parking for motorcycles. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast!

Only downside, it can be a bit noisy at night from local dogs and cars on adjacent road. Not hosts fault though!

Professionally runned Guesthouse. Good breakfast.

The light in the room was quite weak.
