The hosts were very hospitable, the rooms looked just like in the photo and it was clean.

Nice cottage with mountain views. Calm surrondings and with everything needed to spend few days. It is uphill around 10 mins away from the center but that is why so quiet. Note there is no kitchen and terrance is shared. For those wanting to use the cable car, it is 2 mins walking. Great communication with the host, excellent value for money

It's a great place to stay. It is close to the ski elevator, but a bit far from the center of Mestia. And you have to keep in mind that if you go from the center, you have to go uphill.

When we were there, there was no option for breakfast.

Very friendly personnal. Try to do all for comfortable living.

Unfortunattelly happenned emergency situation due to strong snowfal and electricity supply was break on Svanety. Heater worked from DC.

We have booked quite late and we still found a very good value for money. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The view of the Svaneti towers was nice.

We would have appreciated to find some maps of the area. On booking it's written they have both: double and twin rooms. Unfortunately all of them are twin rooms(separate beds). The location on Booking.com is not accurate, so we had to call to ask for guidance.
