Warm host. Made us dinner in a nick of time at 22 pm ( extra cost ) , we drank home made wine and chacha together , exchanged stories

Problems with hot water

We arrived late in the evening and Nick guided us to the guesthouse via videocalling in the dark. His family was there and welcomed us with open arms. We said yes to a cup of tea and got bread, jam and cheese with it. We also got a shot of Georgian wodka they made themselves. We left very early in the morning but she even got out of bed in her pyjamas to wave us goodbye. Bed was very comfortable with own bathroom. Nice view.

Our Russian-speaking hosts were very gracious and friendly. The meals they served were delicious and probably the most abundant we experienced in Georgia--a country where hospitality is nearly always very generous. The rooms were very large, and the furnishings comfortable and/or elegant.

The place was a little tricky to find, at the far end of the village of Zanavi, about 10 km north of Borjomi. It is still partly under constructions, so some fixtures were missing or incomplete. We had difficulty getting water from the showers between the temperature extremes of cold and scalding--a problem we experienced at other accommodations in Georgia.

Amazing views, mountains all around, hiking trail into the national park just feet away;

It´s very near to the Mountain and you can watch to all the animals from the Family. Nice View, nice People, quiet.

No Supermarket in that village

Hosts were very friendly, bed was comfortabel and we had a large space, breakfast was delicious, location in the mountains.

Hot water was coming and going, location was slightly challenging to find at first

almost everything

I didnt like the cold water, there was heater but its hard to deal with and hot water does not last for more than 5 mins, and the Wifi first night wasn’t working. + the phone signal is weak in that area. except that the property is the perfect spot to stay in and chill.

Lovely hosts! Very welcoming house, felt more like a home than a rent room. Very spacious.

A bit confusing to reach there, and house was cold, even with the heater on. Hot water also took long to work. WiFi didn't worked properly, only one of us could get internet, and it was super slow.
