Roslyn Business Studio - 2 bedroom

Arrived at night and lights and heaters were all on so very cosy on arrival which was welcoming. Easy access and instructions, very clean and tidy, had all we needed. Lovely to have a nice selection of coffee and teas to choose from.

Queen bed was very firm and uncomfortable, could do with a mattress topper or a different mattress.

Cottage feel. Good facilities throughout. Heating excellent and easily operated. Shower lovely and big. Good water pressure. Agents said careful with hot water usage but we never ran out. Beds comfortable and 3tvs across all rooms.

For a five night stay lounge seating became uncomfortable. No settee/couch only two bucket type chairs. Lounge dining area very restricted especially if four people were staying.

Fantastic place to stay in Dunedin, really good facilities and overall very comfortable.

Lovely 2 bedroom home, warm & welcoming perfect with a 1 year old

This cottage is a classy little lady. Beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need. Immaculately clean and lots of lovely little touches like colour matching the dahlias in the garden to the front door. It all shows that the owners really care about their guests experience.

I liked everything.
