Quiet and clean in an great location. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Outside garden area is a sun trap.

I had not realised it was attached to the owners house.

We enjoyed our stay here at the cottage. It felt very welcoming and warm. The rooms are clean, and the shower is lovely. The tiny kitchen has everything you need. Communication from owners is good.

The cottage is beautifully renovated but the lounge is too small to spend much time in. So for a city break, staying in this cottage is beyond perfect.

Everything was great,it was clean, tired and had just about everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing.

The only addition that would have been good was a maybe a conventional oven, so we could have cooked.

We chose Roslyn B&B because we needed flexible accommodation for family for a week in Dunedin that had kitchen, lounge and separate bedrooms. The property is completely self contained, is close to the city, and was immaculately presented with very clear instructions on how to gain entry and lockup on checkout. The property has everything that is required for a very enjoyable stay for a group such as ours.
