"Staying at Dial House is convenient and suits my purposes for visiting Oxford."

The bedroom was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little dated. Some of the furniture needs replacing as it's beyond its best.

The building was lovely .. The lady who checked us in was helpful and pleasant .she cleaned our room everyday it was spotless. We didn't have breakfast as there was a hungry horse pud a short walk away and we used this for all our meals.

We were in the eves of the building it was lovely and quiet. The two problems we had were that there was only a bath and mum needed a shower due to poor mobility. The beds were extremely uncomfortable lumpy mattresses that made a terrible noise every time you moved .. I had only an hours sleep the first night ! The second night, I had to lay on top of the duvet cover to try to make it less lumpy but was, of course, cold all night Shame because apart from that we had a good stay ... BEDS NEED REPLACING.!!!!
