I had a cosy and clean room with a very nice en-suite with shower. There was a good sized kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided and real milk in the mini fridge. Sue was ever willing to replenish supplies and also tempted me with the occasional chocolate biscuit. Summerwind is in a perfect location for a stroll down to and along the Esplanade. In the opposite direction it is a short walk to Exmouth's centre which has a variety of shops, pubs and eateries. Exmouth is a delightful seaside resort. Sue is very knowledgeable with regard to local facilities and attractions and provided me with plenty of good advice. The next time I come to Exmouth, I would love to stay here at Summerwind.

I liked everything

Comfortable, clean and convenient

Location just half a mile from train station, just 3 minute walk from the beach and similar for the main centre. Clearly, plenty of effort from Sue to ensure you have all you need, including a small fridge and generous supply of tea/coffee/sugar etc. Clean and tidy throughout.

Nothing stands out that would prevent me from returning.
