The owners were very friendly. They helped us connect with other guests and help us organize a day trip and always offered tea when we were taking a break. Definitely would book again!

The location is perfect and the breakfast is amazing!

The dorm room is very dark, the beds are not comfortable, the bathroom was never cleaned when I was there. There is a leak in the shower which means there is always water on the floor. I got the feeling guests were not the families priority. I have leaving negative reviews but there is no way this is a high 9

You are staying at a place that's also used by the family that owns the hostel. I quite enjoyed that part of it. The breakfast was great too

The bathroom in the room I was staying at had some water problems. Therefore ended up using a different bathroom

If you stay in Bukhara, you must stay within the medina. Great location with a delicious (varying) breakfast in a local guesthouse where the family (owners) also lives.

No curtains and a street light shined right into my eyes. Beds were too hard, as everywhere in Uzbekistan.

Good points first. It is located in the city centre and very close to attractions, it is a lovely and cozy home run by a lovely family and breakfast is really good and delicious.

On the other hand, it is total mess. Once I entered the home I was shocked of all the stuff around and being untidy. Also, there were a few locals who did not understand staying in a hostel be like. They made too much noise and watch TV at midnight. They did not respect others who stayed in the same room. What is more, the room stinks.
