Apartment House Panorama

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Besitzer ist zu Recht stolz darauf, was er da geschaffen hat und es ist ihm wichtig, dass man vernünftig und pfleglich damit umgeht. Für uns absolut verständlich. Man merkt, dass er sich viele Gedanken gemacht hat und es so komfortabel wie möglich machen möchte. Das ist es auch. Wenn Fragen oder Tipps sind, bekamen wir immer nette Antworten und Tipps, also wirklich alles fein. Die Kirchenglocken wurden hier mehrfach erwähnt, uns haben sie nicht gestört.

Super miejsce z klimatem. Przemili właściciele.

Der Vermieter war super nett. Die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war tatsächlich alles so schön wie auf den Bildern vorher angesehen.

Nádherná, klidná lokalita uprostřed krásné přírody s okolními historickými městečky, takže je co vidět a kam jezdit. Na kopci v městečku Pican téměř nic není, místo projdete celé za 5 minut, o to více máte zde klid :-) Na 100 % toto ubytování splnilo naše očekávání. Byl to nádherný relax. Apartmán byl plně vybavený, vše nové, nic nám nechybělo. U bazénu jsme celých 5 dní byli sami. Andrej - majitel byl velice milý, příjemný a pozorný. Příště snad dorazíme na motorce ;-) Děkujeme za vše a doporučujeme všem, kteří hledají klid a výchozí bod na výlety (stačí už jen mít štěstí na ostatní ubytované, což my na Dány moc neměli :-D)

Bazén byl studený, sprcha na osvěžení bohatě stačila ;-) Matrace byla pro nás příliš měkká. Není to mínus, jen to zde píšu pro přesnější popis pro ostatní :-) Někdo v recenzích také zmínil hlasité bimbání zvonu, ano, je to dost nahlas a blízko, takže ti co chtějí spát do deseti a nebýt vzhůru v 6 ráno, to moc není :-D Wi-Fi občas vypadávala. Ale toto jsou malé detaily.

Quiet location in an ancient town. Hardly any tourists. You feel like layed back in time. The appartment consisted out of two rooms which is ideal for a family with children. Nice terrace with barbecue facilities and table + chairs and something to hang your wash. Washing is possible for free (also free detergent) at another room one level down (quickest wash is 3 hrs) which is very convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed. From the panorama terrace (used by guests from all three apartments) you have a great view of the valley with a nice swimmingpool. The swimmingpool is quite small but was sufficient for us to cool off (is not heated). Nice beds to sun or read a book in total silence. The host was really friendly and greated us with a welcome drink and gave us olive oil from the area when we departed. He speaks very well German as well and will help you with all your questions. Beaches are reachable within 30 min drive. We can totally recommend this appartment and will come back when we are in the area again.

The church is close by and starts ringing every morning at 6 am (and then every 15 min). To the coast towards the south it takes about one hour. Pictures of the appartment shown on booking where a little different (we did not have a couch in the living room/kitchen for example).

What an amazing find! This place was sooo beautiful in every way. If you are stressed, tired of the city & burned out, this is the place for you. You can feel the stress just ebb away in this tranquil peaceful location. The view is to die for. This place is like going back 500 years. I loved the peace, the apartment, the pool and the owner couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything is provided here for you he has thought about everything you might need from dishwasher tablets to washing powder for your clothes. A real home from home. We just loved it!

There is nothing we didn’t like!

It was a very nice new apartment in the center of a little town. You could feel the antient aura entering through old town gateways. I loved it. The view from the pool was fantastic, you could stay there all day :). A perfect place for a relaxing quiet holiday. The beach is about an hour away, but you can also reach waterfalls on the way to Poric and swim there (we liked it there even more than the sea). The owner of the place was very nice, met us with a glass of shampagne and also gave us farewell gifts when leaving. It would have been interesting to talk to him more, but for this you need to speak German or Croatian :).

The bell tower is very close to the apartment and it starts ringing very early so if you are a later sleeper, this might bother you. For us this was not a problem because the bell was like an alarm clock and we could start our adventurous day on time :) .
