空間較狹小

The location is great - right in the heart of the old city and about 15 minute walk to the busy areas. The accommodation itself was very clean and the communal area was beautiful, all very Japanese and very well looked after.

It was one of our most expensive accommodations during our two months in Japan - possibly due to Golden week but quite steep for a hostel! Also a lot of stairs to the female dormitories if you have a lot of luggage. The main issue we had were the rules around showering, you weren’t allowed to shower in the night which was really tricky for us. We wake up, we want to shower but can’t because they’re cleaning them for quite a long time, and then we go out for the day and have dinner and some drinks and by the time we come back we’re too late to shower. I had to wash in the sink a couple of nights, just a bit of a strange rule given the showers weren’t inside the dorms!

I really loved my stay here. The cosy and warm feeling of the space. Loving the tatami style seating. The beds were comfortable. There are two showers and also two laundry machines with dryers. Its also in a convenient location near the Gion district and Hakata station. I will definitely be back!

Only thing would be that the bund bends are pretty low I was the the bottom and kept hitting my head, even as a short person.
