Towels are changed every 3 days, blankets every week , kitchen is shared between 4 rooms but well equipped, every room has own private big ref.+freezer placed in the kitchen with a room number on it, balcony is share but there are 4 tables available, you sit wherever you want (always space). Every room has a private AC, private shower/bathroom/toilets, comfortable double bed and flat TV, WIFI was good speed approx. 8 Mb Host are great, you can always contact them, if you need something, place is super clean and parking is private behind or outside the gate. Great location (walking distance 15 min. town, 10 min. beach), great value for your money. Recommended.
