Bumblebee Bed & Breakfast

The property is located in such a area, where there is no much restaurants of all cuisines available. The hotel doesn't provide food facility even if you want to pay. You have to pay for breakfast at the time of booking. Otherwise you won't get any food even if you want to pay extra after booking. The near by restaurants do not offer all kinds of cuisines as per your choice. Also, the hotel is located in such an area where you have to pay hefty price to taxy for reaching there. But, I must appreciate the hotel's interior which was elegant.

If it says ‘bed & BREAKFAST’, at least have some decent amount of complementary breakfast. If I get 3 slices of bread with one cup tea, it is not breakfast. Pathetic!

Nothing to be liked about

1) First of all, they don't have proper trained staff to welcome guest. 2) At the reception, the manager lady was behaving like she was doing favor to us, as if we were staying there for free, no welcome, no any information provided and no one there to collect our luggage despite my request was accepted. 3) We booked the room through booking.com app and it included breakfast, however in the morning despite making 4 to 5 calls to different numbers no one picked up the call. At last some one picked up the call and told us that the breakfast would be ready by 8:30 AM. However the breakfast was ready till 9:0 AM. Then he shamelessly asked me that, were you booked the room with breakfast and we proceeded without having breakfast there and they charged us the full amount. At last please don't book this hotel, worst service provider. They just want to make profit only.

The property was not that clean as well, as the kettle was damaged, we were trying to boil hot water, but the kettle was damage. So we asked the manager to change the canon, but he was not available as his associates. We are also not there bad experience. I won’t be going in this place. They were very rude and unprofessional person.

They were unprofessional. They called me more than 60 times.
