Хорошее расположение, собственно именно из-за расположения и выбрали это размещение. Ну и все.

Погода была холодная, мы были с ребенком, на просьбу предоставить обогреватели нам ответили отказом, хотя обогреватели у них были. После долгих уговоров и небольшого скандала - дали дополнительно одно одеяло. Был декабрь, на улице 2 раза шел снег!!!! Интернет включили также после неоднократных просьб. Не советую приезжать и жить. Старая, грязная грелка и рваное одеяло вам не помогут. в данном месте. Кроме удачного расположения больше плюсов нет. На последующую жалобу просто сообщили, что мол, вы и так много получили, у вас бюджетное размещение, комната и все. Если вдруг решите все-таки туда ехать с ноября по март - берите фен - будет греться хоть так.
