"Unreliable and hostile to international travelers/foreign visitors"

Unkempt dirty and ragged. Staff were hostile and cancelled on partial after travelling all the way from Mumbai. Reason being they don’t accept single persons I believe it was more a colour thing as I’m black. These guys then went on to tell the whole city not o accommodate me that I was Nigerian. They made the whole issue personal although I in fact am a British citizen. I didn’t expect this in India.

Staff had no manners and no customer service skills. They were rude and aggressive shouting to get out now. Etc when I asked why booking was cancelled after accepting a single person in the booking.
