Location. Smelled clean and was clean. Shower is powerful and hot. Comfy bed. U get what u pay for!

With a pushchair the lift was quite tight. We’re small people so it was just about right. Also didn’t get an extra bed for our infant, we got a baby bed but she fit between us. Also the pillows weren’t the comfiest but tbf we never asked to change them anyways.
