Location and room size. Manager was very friendly and helpful

Mildew smell in room. Breakfast voucher should cover nice breakfast and coffee but always had to pay for difference which is a bit annoying

A very comfortable suite, well equipped and in good condition. Location perfect yet private. Linked with an excellent restaurant

Opening the front door was extremely difficult, this needs to be fixed to ensure a guest is not locked out. The bedside lamps are a mere glow, inadequate for reading.

No breakfast included

Handwash basin emptied very slowly. The ensuite bathroom had 3 very steep steps - I saw on the picture - but forgot to tell the manager that this room would not be suitable for me and should have asked for another room - be aware of this when booking if you have mobility issues. Matthew the manager was polite - but there is no after hours presence once the adjacent coffee shop closes it appears. The court yard leading to the rooms is poorly lit at night. What shocked me most is that the rooms are not serviced - I would have expected this to be done.

This is a beautiful establishment, and well run by the owner and Mathew, we had a wonderful stay. Everyone goes out of there way to ensure that you enjoy every moment of your stay 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Absolutely everything. I step outside my door and VIA's serve breakfast and lunch with really good and reasonably priced breakfast options. We did not have any lunches as we attended a festival.
