Location in town Friendliness and diligence of the owner. The comfy bed. The breakfast selection Tea and coffee in the room. Ability to store food in fridge and freezer

"Fantastic hosts and lovely property!"

The hosts were lovely. I was greeted upon arrival and had a lovely chat. Then, I met the other host later on, and we also talked. The room was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The atmosphere from arrival to departure was consistently excellent (relaxed and comfortable). It really was a home away from home!

The mugs in my room were a bit small.

Lovely place to stay - Jo and Richard made us feel welcome and we had a lovely time in their little garden and little lounge area catching up with our friends Plenty of food for breakfast provided Everything was clean and beds comfortable

This is a little gem :) My daughter, grandson and I stayed on our way back from Cornwall as it is close to our relatives in Wells and very close to Clarkes Village. Jo is lovely and messaged us when our room was ready and was on hand for any queries. Breakfast is self serve in the shared kitchen. Will definitely stay again :)
