位置就在淡水車站正對面大街上 ，五分鐘就可以到達。

隔音差，除了街上車輛行駛時噪音大，隔壁房間說話全聽得到，兼且談話及間中有移動物件到深夜二点多鐘，嘈音影響睡眠。
