Guesthouse Ogawaya

Good location not far from Tanabe station, very comfy house. It really felt like home

The property is in a quiet mountain area near Tanabe. Aki is an excellent host! She helped us work out our walking and bus plans for the next day and arranged ice and tape for a knee injury. The wood heated bath was sensational after a day’s walking in the hills. The Japanese style accomodation was lovely and comfortable. The dinner, breakfast and lunch provided were tasty and plentiful. We loved staying here. Thanks so much Aki!

We liked everything.

La propietaria era super amable, atenta y nos asesoró en todo, pues al día siguiente comenzábamos el Kumano Kodo. La casa era espaciosa, acogedora y cómoda, con todo tipo de equipamiento. Al lado del tren y de las paradas de bus.

傳統馬桶不太適合使用

Traditionell Japanisch, Tatami, Futon, Sehr günstiger Preis und sehr freundliche Inhaberin. Haben gut geschlafen und konnten erholt weiterreisen, der Restauranttipp war Gold wert, Irre Lecker.

Japanische Häuser haben viele Löcher und Ritzen an denen die Aussenwelt ins Innere eindringen kann :-) Störte uns aber nicht.
