Certainly, here's a more grammatically correct version: We had a delightful stay at a beautiful guest house that boasted well-appointed rooms with air conditioning. Our hosts, Azra and her family, were exceptional. We had the pleasure of participating in a boat picnic organized by the guest house, which was a delightful experience. The fish we had on the picnic was delicious. Upon our departure, Azra presented us with a small gift. If we were to return, we would undoubtedly choose to stay at the same place. The location is conveniently close to numerous restaurants, bars, the city centre, and several beaches.

The air conditioning needs servicing Water pressure (not owners fault) was variable Bit dated and needed some maintenance

The apartment is in the centre of the old town with a most magnificent view. Azra the hostess is fabulous and very responsive to questions prior to arrival and speaks perfect English. The rooms vary in size but are very clean and some have magnificent views out over the water. The apartment is close to restaurants, small markets and an ATM. Be aware, if you have heavy luggage like us, being in the old city there is a lot of stairs. The food at the restaurant is simple and delicious. I defiantly recommend staying here if visiting Ulcinj.

More a staying in a familys House's "bed and breakfast" , than a "Hotel" Toilets and showers, usely in MNE, only over the floor.
