This property is well situated away from, but close enough to the main historic area. Luca the owner is really friendly and helpful and the rooms are really lovely. No wonder we have stayed here so many times.

There is nothing to dislike.

"Confused and a bit angry about the complain about the fake broken lamp"

The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

The doors were squeaky and the floor as well. The owner was trying to take extra money by faking that we broke a lamp in the room. It is also not in the city but near the Center. You cannot control the air conditioner. When I asked this from him he got angry and said we are not allowed to change anything and we can leave the place and cancel the booking if we want. That attitude of him I did not like. But other than that he was also nice to explain to us what we should visit and recommended us where to eat etc. I don’t feel that the price matches the place. It is rated too high.
