Great location! Between the train station and the city center. Very clean and great amenities (fridge, Nespresso machine, nice shower) Massimo, the owner, was super kind and helpful and was happy to share his recommendations.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and the city center. The area felt very safe and quiet, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants around. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bathroom was new and spotless. Massimo was a great host, very helpful with local tips and lovely to chat with. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and would definitely stay here again!

La colazione non é compresa ma é possibile prepararsi caffé, tisane e té con quanto offerto. Inoltre sono compresi anche 4 biscottini comunque piacevoli da mangiare e sono offerte 2 bottigliette d'acqua. La posizione é ottima, a due passi da piazza Bra, ideale per una sistemazione comoda dopo una serata trascorsa in Arena. Molto gentile lo staff.

Forse completarei l'ammodernamento della struttura, comprendendo anche gli infissi e il mobilio, attualmente in stile retrò (letto a parte).

Massimo was very friendly and helpful. Great location with all services and short walk to Pz. Bra. Room was terrific with kitchen and fabulous terrace. Will definitely return. 😎
