"It was okay"

It was convenient to where I needed to be

That you can’t control the heat so the whole time that I stayed there I would have been frozen but I went and bought a small space heater

The staff were phenomenal and easy to reach.

The room I stayed in had some dust, and I noticed a few bugs in both the room and bathroom.

"Dirty sheets at check in turning into quite pleasant stay"

The location and easy access.

Cloddish owner. To be fully transparent, I have to admit that I also got carried away when I saw dirty sheets rolled up into a ball on the bed laying next to a set of dirty towels at check in. However, screaming on clients on the phone is slightly unprofessional. Hopefully, we found a solution.
