Farwell dream

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was good quality. Free wifi was also a bonus

The check in process being automated had little explanation, and left my group confused for a while. The mattresses were a little stiff, but overall more comfortable than anything else you could get for the price.

When we arrived, there were multiple people doing drugs in our room. We literally opened the door to a sickly sweet smell and tweaked out people. Management got them out and "cleaned" the apartment but it was filthy and there were bugs in the bathroom. Did not stay in this unit and management ignored my request for a full refund. I have proof of the unlivable state of the unit and have been unable to contact booking.com as their help line keeps DROPPING MY CALLS.

There's a very rinky dink run down looking and it also had a roach on my wall so this place is unacceptable unless you're extremely desperate that's what it's giving. Was very disappointed and highly upset I was with my elder aunt and we wake up to roaches running on the wall and it was not comfortable and very cold in the room heat was barely blasting!

Worth every penny spent. Overall. the facility was clean.

The location was decent and so was the staff

This place is roach infested. The guest in room 4 were loud and always arguing late at night. They seem to live there and made me very uncomfortable when I asked them to lower the noise. The woman became extremely volatile.

No served food. Self-preparation only.

Grotesque shower curtain, Sharon’s bathroom, no parking, roaches in bathroom and kitchen. I bought roach spray. None in Bedroom. Missing Remote Control for TV. I bought a Universal Remote from WalMart. It worked fine!
