Magnolia Studios

I love the courtyard, everything about the room, and the friendly staff who were kind even when I well-meaninglly "broke into" the main house. The neighborhood is beautiful (if you're not trying to drive through it).

This is no fault of Magnolia Studios, but it did make getting there harder. During my stay, a large number of streets into the neighborhood were closed due to construction. Though mostly they were closed to through traffic only, three separate GPS systems (Garmin, Google, and whatever is in a Jeep) were baffled. I had to print a map of the surrounding area and memorize the streets to have any chance of even entering the neighborhood, much less parking near the studios, and forget about doing it in the dark.

The owners were extremely helpful when I had an unexpected situation happen while leaving. They were ready to assist, and it resulted in my day going smoothly.

Kitchenette was well equipped for a short stay. Coffee and tea selection was a great start to the morning. Bed was comfy and the selection of pillows was excellent.

This apartment is wonderful! It's got everything you need. You could spend as much time enjoying the neighborhood as you do downtown. The bed was so comfortable and I never sleep well on vacation.

Everything! Clean and bright and fun and gorgeous outdoors. So comfortable. I love the desk. Great TV and access to multiple choices. Fun coffee. Cool artwork. Awesome shower! I love the access to more supplies/towels, etc. Easy access/getting in with the codes. Great communication. Wondrous air conditioning.

Free parking on street. Close to train. Easy Uber pick up location too. Cute place.
