Objekat je čist, parking mesto ispred smeštaja, veoma je blizu centra grada.

Sobe su na trećem spratu bez lifta, nekome to može da predstavlja problem. Lokal se uveče zaključava i nemate ključ za spoljašnja vrata, morate zvati noćnog čuvara.
