Breakfast could have been better. No milk alternative eg Almond Milk. No utensils provided to serve out the cereals. The lids on the condiment containers should be cleaned daily. the cookie jar should have tongs to take out the biscuits and rusks - guests should not be putting their hands into the jar. Mini jams should be provided and not a large container for everyone to scoop out off, with utensils they have already used - not hygienic.

there were dead bug under the pillows, on the edge of the bed. the toilet flushing was poor and the drain in the shower could look neater.

Friendly Staff

Bathroom can get quite humid, causing mold to form on some of the walls. A potential solution to this is to add an extraction fan or install a window. To allow proper ventilation. Otherwise the accommodation is exceptional. I'd book here every time I visit Welkom.
