Breakfast was ok - the fish nuggets were still cold one could taste it was defrosted and wared up - the bed was very comfortable -

There were a few hair in the toilette bowl and 2 on the bath - there were no kettle for me to make a cup of coffee or any teaspoons. The fact that their were no mirror in the bedroom was also a issue. I had to use my extension cord in order to blow-wave my hair and put on makeup in the bathroom. When I arrived I stood outside the property for almost 17 minutes before someone opened the gate. I ran the bell numerous times, the cell and landline constantly without any response.

The picture on bookings.com is not as per the actual property. I didn't like anything since I could not access the premises . I arrived at 8:20pm and there was no one to assist. I had to make an alternative arrangement. Property management did not even bother to communicate with me. I had to call for access and their phones were all off. This place is a scam and must be removed from bookings.con

Facility is super clean, the location is easy to access. All the equipments in the room were in 100% working condition.

There's no milk for the coffee, only one teaspoon. You have to hoot or call when at the gate. The signage outside is extremely bad, very small with bad colors making it extremely difficult to notice and read at night. I had to step out of the car to confirm if it says Bara Guesthouse

The owner was extremely rude .

Good security environment, Owner welcoming and very compassionate with humility.

Welkom municipality has a problem of water outages. Fortunately the guesthouse has a borehole. Would like to advice the facility to purchase plastic basin per room for contingency plan.

Located in an area that's clean/safe and close to city centre

Staff not friendly, unprofessional as well. They haven't given me an invoice till today as requested and agreed. They didn't have running water on the day I arrived - couldn't shower. They don't have enough parking on the premises - so irritating to have to be called out of my room at night while trying to relax to move my vehicle so that they can "squeeze" other cars in. When driving out you must struggle to find the owner of the car that's blocking you. Definitely not worth the price they are charging. No place to leave key upon checking out, no staff available to hand it to - inconvenient. The shower in my room was very small couldn't move comfortably without bumping into the doors. The blinds in the room couldn't close properly.
