"This place is for those looking for budget, no frills accommodation. It's got the basic."

The location is good, it is a stone's throw away from the Blok M MRT Station, Blok M Plaza and many restaurants in all directions.

I wish there is a homey feel but there isn't. Once you enter the room, you will be greeted by a musty smell.
