Nosotros reservamos este apartamento por el simple hecho de tener derecho de utilizar lacocina, pero no fue asi. Al llegar al apartamento no estaba habilitada la zona de cocina. No se podia utilizar los fogones ni el horno ni la lavadofa. En la foto de la reserva salia que se podia utilizar y al llegar nos encontramos todo lleno de carteles de prohibido utilizar nada de la cocina. No corresponde con la oferta inicial ofertada, con lo cual nos sentimos perjudicados. Llamamos para avisar pero no nos hicieron caso y no se hicieron responsables. Muy descontentos con esta falta de servicio que habian previamente incluido en la reserva.
