Patrick is an absolute gem and wonderful host The room is clean and all you need for an overnight stay

Would be nice to have a window as once you are in your room, the door is your window beside the bathroom window. There are no windows in the room Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning, but there is a fan Maybe turn the veranda light off at night

The host is very friendly and responds quickly to challenges. Very helpful, excellent hospitality skills.

Patrick and Gill were very accommodating and easy going. The rooms and pool area are so well maintained and you can tell a lot of care and effort goes into making it comfortable for all guests. Our group booked all three rooms and we all enjoyed our stay. The decor was awesome too. The rooms were very clean and everything worked. It's a short drive to any beach in Balito.

Great location. Clean and well looked after. Great hosts. Room was big enough for a blow up mattress for our toddler which the hosts provided. Also had a nice and spacious bathroom. Pool was also clean and we enjoyed many swims. Felt safe and peaceful... nothing was stressful about this holiday.

I loved the location, very safe and quiet. I also loved the warm welcome by the owner Mr Patrick. I also liked the fact that it mall and fantastic restaurants around and also beaches.

It the fact that I booked 2 nights, I wish I could have stayed for the whole week. Patrick the owner was so welcoming. His hospitality was exceptional.

A small 2 plate stove would be great. Nothing else.
