Comfortable facilities and generally clean, very good location for my needs. The staff were all friendly and cooperative, especially Safeer.

Older items could be upgraded, breakfast should be diversified and improved. Area outside entrance should be tidied. Low voltage interrupted elevator at times. Parking in commercial area may be issue.

Location is good for Karachi, Evening staff is positive person.

The car arranged by hotel from airport to hotel was an airport taxi and unnecessarily expensive. I paid ten times more cheaper for my return trip. Also, room was very cold. Air conditioning wasn't working. Alternative room they offered didn't have hot water. There is a phone to contact reception, but it doesn't work.
