Although an old building it was comfortable and the staff was very polite and attentive.

Lina did everything possible with limited English language to help out.Super accommodating and friendly.We appreciated the elevator and the great location.

Ringing the door bell every time you come back home.

Staff was very friendly and genuinely caring. The room was more spacious than I assumed, and equipped with everything needed. Facilities always very clean, and location is excellent and easily accessible.

The noisy streets can be easily heard inside, but it's the most normal part of being in an old building. Nothing earplugs can't solve.

Dona Lina was exceptionally helpful and I felt like I was at home. An amazing individual who took the time and care to make sure I was comfortable. The room I had was superb, clean and great location. Will definitely be booking this again in the future
