In2Lisbon - Kionga Suites

The location was amazing, loved the neighbourhood and proximity to everything. The room was pretty clean, and spacious, the balcony was the best part.

There was a really pungent smell when we arrived that didn't leave for a full 24h even if we kept the door open and there was no functioning fan in the bathroom.

The room provided to us was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous, they respond immediately to messages and try to put you at ease straight away.

You have to turn on the air conditioning because it's a bit cold and humid, the windowless bathroom with no fan is a bit of a problem in addition to the very thin walls.

Communications were good from first booking to checkout. Staff were excellent and helpful, and it's kept spotless.

There is a fair few steps, but we knew this before we booked. We was in room 3 which is by the door to the apartments, door and footfall noise is quite loud, but once again whilst we was there, the other guests were very considerate and tried to keep any noise to a minimum.
