Good central location, rooms were clean and up to standard. In terms of the actual house, not too bad at all.

We were directed to the incorrect room, leading to the other guests(two adult men) banging on our(two young women) door at 3 in the morning for almost an hour, which, as can be imagined, was terrifying, to a point where the police were contacted, and we both genuinely believed we were in extreme danger, until managing to spot the men as they were leaving, and figuring out what had occurred. The next day, our contact from the hotel explained what had occurred, took accountability, and then asked us to come back to the hotel and move our items into a different room, to accomodate the guests who were supposed to have the room. This meant we had to distrupt our plans for the day to return and solve an issue that was not our fault. We decided to move hotels, and requested a refund for the stay, as we were geniuenly afraid to stay, and when explaining this to the hotel, I was met with blame and rudeness, despite having had no responsibility in this situation, and even though the hotel had expressed that it was fully their fault. A really frightening experience.

El mobiliario es viejo, los colchones también, no habia champú, son 2 hab por baño.

Rooms with windows or balcony looked good

Our room was smelly . It smelt with cigarettes, pee and mould. It was the room without the window so maybe thats it smelt so badly. I tried to contact the number provided by booking but no answer. Finally when I got the number from on of the guests, host told me it was my fault booking this room. No reaction to my complain about horrendous smell. I asked other girls who stayed on the same floor and they confirmed that it smelt badly. We left after one hour and had to find another room in different location. Money lost.
