Chiado Home

The location was perfect, right in the center and near the train station and metro station. Nice view from the window. We loved the host :) it is an older house but it was clean.

Little bit noisy outside at night, also as 2 girls we would appreciate a hair dryer.

Excellent location. In the very heart of things.

The room is a little smaller than expected. It is a little hard to climb to the 3rd floor.

Chiado House has a great central location in Lisbon and everything was very convenient. The host Edcon is amazing, very welcoming and hospitable and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. The apartment and the shared bathroom are spotless clean and cozy. We loved out stay so much!

The location

Exceptional value, lovely and caring host, pretty apartment, excellent location (you can easily walk to all main touristic areas) and the view from the window. Despite non being able to use the kitchen, coffee and teas are provided.

I liked everything, but you shall consider that: -the bunk bed is simple and slightly shaky, so if it's 2 people it might be annoying; also no wardrobe available - there might be some noise from the upper floor or the street - there are 3 (easy) stairs storeys with no lift, which is common

The properly was very central and easy to get to from any location. The metro station was about a 5 minute walk. The room was small but tidy. The host was really kind and helpful and gave us a brief history of Lisbon which was much appreciated. The bunk bed was okay to sleep on. Overall, a very nice small apartment.

It was located on the third floor which required to walk up multiple stairs each time. We were not accustomed to going through a shop to get into the apartment building (which made us feel a little uncomfortable).

The location is great and Edçon is a great host. He was always in contact with us, and was really helpful.

The only negative thing is the building is quite old and there's no elevator. If you have mobility issues it can be a problem.

The hosts are wonderful people and the location was close to everything. We walked everywhere.
