Thanks to the team for being so helpful - they rearranged the beds so it can fit our family configuration, very nice. The place is very well furnished with a cosy shared space. The rooms are basic but clean. The building and court look a bit shady from the outside but let this not frighten you. Also, great gateaway point for the airport. See you next time!

The common area is very well decorated and the place is located within 15min walking distance from Osh Bazaar.

We choose this place after reading the reviews about helpful and friendly staff, thinking it would be worth the extra money compared to other places. Unfortunately, it was not really the experience we had. From the check-in to the checkout, we didn't really feel like guests in this guesthouse. Our check-in was a bit hasty and we were given very few information. It turned out that one of the room (out of 2) didn't look like the one on the picture, which I can understand but in that case I would advise to put pictures of different rooms so there's no confusion. Also, the "double" beds were actually 2 single beds put together. However, both rooms included the equipments listed on Booking and actually included an additional single bed each. Staff didn't seem to be much available, you have to ring a bell several times at the counter to get a chance to talk to someone. Also note that if you don't speak Russian nor Kyrgyz, language barrier can be a problem. When we asked about the rooms, the receptionist called her sister who speaks English and was supposed to arrive within an hour but never arrived. We decided not to bother and went to sleep. Breakfast is a bit inconsistent, some tables have jam and biscuits, others don't. If you want it, you have to go and take it yourself. Other than that, we used their laundry service, which was quite expensive (4€/kg) and the clothes were not returned completely clean even though they were not very dirty in the first place. Finally, it is not their fault but our upstairs neighbour was extremely noisy (speaking loud and walking heavily at night) which woke us up several times and made our stay even less comfortable. Overall, this place is nice for its decoration and has good potential but from our experience, there are cheaper places with better service.

ホテル自体はとても良かったです。 部屋は広く、設備もしっかりしており、日本ならかなり高級な価格帯になりそうなレベルでした。 また、清潔さにかなり気を使っている印象がありました。使用済みスリッパと未使用スリッパを分けて管理しているなど、衛生面への配慮を感じました。

Wi-Fiが部屋ではやや不安定で、お湯の温度も安定しないことはありました。 また、少し不安に感じたことがあります。 日本へ送るハガキ2枚の料金について、最初は300ソムと言われたのですが、翌日になって突然600ソム必要だと言われました。普通の感覚ですとハガキ2枚で600ソムは高いですし、料金変更の理由説明が十分ではなく、少し不信感を持ちました。
