Paradise Space

This stay was completely unacceptable and unsafe. I booked this place simply to have a place to sleep for the night, but even the most basic standards were not met. The bedroom door could not be locked because there was no handle on the inside, which is a serious safety issue. During the night, my belongings were stolen, which raises major concerns about security and responsibility. There was no proper bedding inside the duvet, and the towels provided were dirty. This is basic hygiene that should never be compromised. Additionally, the bathroom door was extremely difficult to open from the inside, creating a potentially dangerous situation. This property should not be listed in its current condition. I expect this matter to be taken seriously.

Apartamento completamente sujo, a casa de banho estava completamente suja

Cuando entramos al piso la habitación estaba súper sucia, se veía todo muy sucio las puertas de lo que “eran blancas” estaban súper negras, cochinas a más no poder, las sábanas eran viejas y se veían sucias! Como ya lo habíamos pagado y no era reembolsable no pudimos hacer nada. Solo irnos en cuanto llegamos!! No nos quedamos ni media hora por miedo a chinches, ácaros o lo que sea. No reservaría ahí nunca más!
