"Great Stay"

The property was close to the town but far enough away that it was quiet.The hosts were very friendly and always stopped for a wee chat in the morning.The breakfasts were amazing.Good value for the money.

"It's our go to place now"

Friendly host, comfortable room, very good facilities, self check in available, hearty breakfast. Second time we've been and there will be at least a third.

Having to order breakfast the day before seems a tad unusual but actually wasn't a problem for us.

The location was great just next to the town centre. The room had everything we needed. Extra milk was available in the dining room, and there was plenty of tea coffee in the room. The breakfast was lovely, dining room lovely and clean. It was easy to use the self check in. Instructions were emailed ahead of our arrival. We met the hosts at breakfast. Andy was really helpful, giving us knowledge of walks and advice . Would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

I can't find a negative. Everything was fine.

Good clean accommodation quite central to Keswick. Host was really pleasant and our time in Keswick was great. The Lakes District is so beautiful.

"Pleasantly perfect in most ways."

The property is situated in a perfect location for what I needed. Andy was so lovely at breakfast this morning, really pleasant place. I stayed in the single room (4) and this was perfect for me. Bed was a little hard ( maybe a thicker mattress topper).

Nothing I didn’t like but breakfast could be a little later , maybe 10 rather than 8 or 9 and checkout at 11 rather than 10. Also, didn’t have breakfast as was up for a hike on the first morning - maybe a little discount could have been given for this.
