La habitación muy pequeña no hay personal por si se te descarga el móvil, hay que pagar por el aseo, en el baño no hay algo para los pies te puedes resbalar.

La ubicación.

Creo que hay veces que tenemos que tener en cuenta que no todo puede hacerlo la tecnología. Va por numeración la entrada y es muy difícil de acceder a ello, es algo rebuscado, y si te pasa cualquier cosa NO TIENES ni un teléfono para llamar y que te ayudan. A nosotros el sábado 20 dic nos saltó la luz de nuestra habitación la cual estuvimos desde las 00:00 y ahora que es 21 de diciembre a las 17:00H sigo esperando a que me contacten para “DARME SOLUCIONES”. Solamente tienes un chat de una inteligencia artificial la cual no puede solucionar un problema de LUZ, creo que el dueño/responsable de ahí deberían de dar la cara en estas situaciones. Pague un dinero para cubrir las necesidades básicas y algo tan BÁSICO como la luz no lo he tenido, incluso con miedo de no poder acceder a mi habitación. NEFASTO, la habitación olía a humedad… pagar un poco más y vete a un sitio en el cual puedan ayudarte ante estas situaciones. Porque sigo esperando una respuesta y espero ser “recompensada” de alguna forma. Añado la foto de la luz de emergencia para corroborar la realidad de lo sucedido.

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación ya que está cerca del retiro y Cibeles

Te envían un correo antes de entrar presumiendo de la limpieza con fotos y todo… pues resulta que el cabecero de la cama tenía una capa de polvo de meses…el sofá no me atreví ni tan siquiera a sentarme porque tenía unas manchas demasiado sospechosas… y por favor cambiar ese colchón..porque he dormido mejor en el suelo que ahí..es horrible,aparte del ruido que hacía la cama..pésimo en todos los sentidos… ya no vamos a hablar de que no tiene alarma contraincendios una instalación que se abre todo a través del móvil…es un peligro
