La ubicación inmejorable en plena gran vía, buena calidad-precio, tamaño de la habitación y cama cómoda. Además tenía balcón.

Dejamos la llave de la habitación en recepción como nos dijeron y al ir a buscarla por la noche, nos la dieron sin preguntarnos ningún dato... Y lo mismo las mochilas, cuando fuimos a buscarlas para irnos, no las tenían con ninguna etiqueta para identificarlas, podría habérselas llevado otra persona. Creo que deberían mejorar en este aspecto. Aún así volveríamos por la ubicación y la relación calidad-precio

Location! Cleaning every day! The staff! All the turistic objectives just around the corner!

Soundproof very poor, but, come on, you are in the heart of Madrid! I would not consider it a minus!
