Two great bedrooms which worked well for our family. It was nice to have a street parking spot available. The shower had great water pressure and the deck was lovely to sit on! The woman who let us into the guesthouse didn’t speak English, but the host we messaged with did and our check in was very easy. Convenient walking distance to great coffee and restaurants as well as the market and the river front.

Easy check-in, the lovely woman downstairs met us (only speaks Korean) and let us in communicating the basic rules. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, very functional kitchen with a water dispenser, good water pressure in the shower and toilet, TVs in both bedrooms if you need them, but the best is the HUGE terrace with lots of seating and sweeping views of the hills and paragliders taking off. Nice big clothes drying rack that can be set in the sun and dry clothes quickly. Nice quiet place to relax. The owner provides coffee packs, and brings clean towels up every day and removes the trash which is very handy. She even arranged a taxi to pick us up early for the train station. We were very comfortable and talk about coming back to see the fall colors sometime. Perfect location with lots of convenience stores, grocery markets, big local daily market, and great local restaurants. We even found a couple of locals that spoke English fluently and everyone was so friendly! If you are a "walkaholic" as one local gentleman called us, there are a lots of options without needing a bus or taxi. There are so many sights to see here and we did not see them all in 6 days. Highly recommend staying here!

Something that did not bother us but to be aware of - There is a narrow steep staircase for access outside so be aware if you are mobility challenged or have a baby or toddler.

Us on Earth was a fabulous stay. It really exceeded our expectations. While it presents very well on Booking.com, the place itself in person is just so much more welcoming and comforting. The house itself is decorated and furnished wonderfully. There is a real sense of peace and relaxation while unwinding after a busy day exploring the Danyang area. The balcony has an incredible view of the surrounding hills and if you’re so lucky, as we were, a beautiful evening under the canopy of the stars. The location is perfect for exploring the area. If I lived permanently in South Korea, I could absolutely see Us on Earth as almost a perfect getaway/cottage every weekend from the hustle bustle of the city. I highly recommend it and without hesitation would return.

Close to town. Amazing view. Plenty of space to lounge and relax. The host has made the apartment comfortable and inviting with loads of character. Strong recommend

Beautiful apartment that’s super nicely styled. Massive terrace to sit on and roomy bedrooms. Everything wad well taken care of.

The staircase to get to the front door was a bit steep, so take that into account when bringing your luggage.
