距离步行街1分钟步行距离，非常方便。住宿环境独立，虽然门口就是主路摩托车声响有点大，但总体环境幽静，独立空间大。

Accommodation to European standards on a Thai island, very good value for money. Good location, a few meters from Walking Street, (you have all the fun without the noise at night), 5 minutes from Pataya Beach where the ferries depart and arrive. Welcoming host, we were able to leave our luggage before check in. Spacious, airy, very clean room. Good Italian breakfast included (coffee, delicious home made croissants, orange juice), but there are also savory options to choose from. Cleaning was done every day. You have bottled water from the house and even beach towels at your disposal. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, strong air conditioning and a safe. And in the evening, if you're tired of Asian food, you can eat some truly amazing Italian pasta! Thank you for the hospitality!

I can't find anything negative to comment on at all.

Nice and clean room (which was cleaned every day), comfortable bed, great and quiet AC, convenient location (relatively close to everywhere on the island), very nice owner + complimentary breakfast with croissant and coffee every morning.

Cant get a little bit loud from the restaurant downstairs in the evening but around 11pm all gets quiet until morning :).

Locatie in zijstraat van Walking Street. Rustige plek boven het restaurant. We hadden een grote familiekamer met z'n tweetjes. Aardige eigenaar uit Italië. Ontbijt met een super croissant, jus d'oranje en een overheerlijke Cappuccino!

Quando sono arrivata, non mi piaceva niente. Sono ripartita con il dispiacere nel cuore e la voglia di tornare a Koh Lipe, da Davide. Siamo stati coccolati, supportati e accontentati nelle richieste. Stanze pulite e silenziose, materasso comodissimo e….grazie del cuscino (foto)😂😂😂 Davide e il suo staff sono meravigliosi, iniziando dalla signora delle pulizie, passando da sua cognata che prepara dei croissant buonissimi, finendo ai camerieri e cuoche del suo ristorante italiano; QUELLO VERO “La Luna”!!! Prezzi onestissimi e qualità 🔝. Grazie Davide, ci vediamo il 27 dicembre ❤️
