"Betten Katastrophe - Kundenorientierung nicht vorhanden"

Lage ist Top

Leider war das Bett in einen sehr schlechten Zustand. Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und Bett aufgerissen. De facto-keinen Scglaf gefunden. Wir haben uns deswegen am nächsten Tag mit den Appartmentvermietern in Verbindung gesetzt. Haben jedoch auf unsere Beschwerden mit Standardfloskeln geantwortet und konnten keinerlei kundenfreundliche Lösung anbieten. Das Betten Thema wird laut Rezessionen öfter bemängelt, auch der Zustand der Betten. Werden sicher nicht noch einmal buchen, haben so etwas in unseren zahlreichen Urlauben zuvor noch nie erlebt. Sehr schade, die Lage war nämlich wirklich Top
