Grimis Villa

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had pretty tiles. The host was nice, though he didn't speak English, he offered us homemade wine and chacha. The kitchen had what we needed to have a basic meal. The place was up the hill from the main street, and the host let us park on the property.

The room was a bit dark, and the kitchen had no windows. The place had a very faint smell of old smoke from cigarettes, but I didn't smell it at first, so it wasn't too bad.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grimi’s house. Grimi is the best host you could ask for. His hospitality was unmatched, and he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was also a great pleasure to be invited to watermelon and home made Vino. The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. AC, wifi, strong hot water, comfy beds and nice small garden for a morning coffee.. it also has private parking, however I would recommend parking your car outside (in the main street or closeby) due to narrow entrance The location is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque environment and view and a few minutes walk to famous attractions. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the national park, and only a 5-minute drive to sulphur pools, where we could swim and enjoy the natural beauty. I highly recommend staying at Grimi’s place if you’re visiting Borjomi and Bakoryani is just a 30-m drive. It was an unforgettable experience and sure we'll come back!

The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything you could ask for: aircon, fridge, coffee, tea, plates, cutlery and a kettle. Outside the room was an outdoor kitchen and table where we enjoyed some meals with the most beautiful view of the mountains. While the hosts were always available to help us, they also really respected our privacy. Honestly, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay!! If we could have, we would’ve stayed longer! Thanks so much!

Fab location.. Very Peaceful. Studio with a neat kitchenette and attached bathroom. Grimi has his own wine cellar with home made chacha and wine. We got a taster of both and a small bottle of wine Walkable distance from everything in Borjomi. We walked to the national park (1.5km), bus station 500m, train station 500m which is very close to the historical Park, Rico credit currency exchange.

The host and his wife welcomed me nicely. They even invited me to taste some of their homemade wine 🍷 which was amazing 🤩. Facility is clean, the room I took had all the necessities. Flipflops, shower gel, shampoo, towels, coffee, tea, etc... felt like more of a hotel room rather than a guest house ! There is a shared kitchen with all the necessities pans, cups, plates, bowls, salt, etc... 2 minutes walk from the main road near pharmacy and super market. What surprised me was how sound proof the walls actually are ! I slept very well. Hot water is available. Thank you 😊👍

Very good value for money

Grimis Villa had a beautiful view.Rooms were clean and comfortable .The owner was so friendly, hospitable, interesting and kind. Grimi made barbeque for us,it was unexpected and pleasant.He shared different types of wine.They were so good. His wife shared delicious cake, sweets and typical Georgian food.They were so hospitable.We spent great New Year with them dancing, singing, trying tasty wine and food.It was unforgettable.Highly recommend Grimis Villa. It's a place where you feel great and also have the possibility to communicate with such nice people.
