"Superb"

Very friendly owner. He will treat you with he's own made wine, and You can have a nice chat with him (if you know russian). The place is easy to find and it is in 10min walking to the central bus station, and 15-20min to the Borjomi Park. It is quiet and peaceful. There is no breakfast option but there is a lot of shops and bakeries nearby. The room is modest, but at the same time equipped with everything you need.

"A nice place to stay"

Central location; spacious room, clean bathroom with shower stall. Owner helped to organise a tour to Vardzia with another guesthouse owner. Owner's wife gave me a plate of fruit.

It is cold in the room at night so make sure you have warm clothing. The room is directly beneath the outdoor patio so it can be noisy with chairs being moved and loud voices. If no one is home it is very quiet.
